BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Questions about your Q.
Power, connections and the practical details for your selected EV charger.
Which power level should I choose?
This configuration is rated at 22 kW: 400 V, three-phase, 32 A per phase. Q 11 kW uses 16 A per phase; Q 22 kW uses 32 A per phase. Check your car’s AC charging limit and your electrical supply. A 22 kW EV charger cannot make a car with an 11 kW AC limit charge at 22 kW.
See technical specificationsHow is this version connected and installed?
This Q has a CEE input for a suitable CEE socket, rated for the selected 32 A per phase. Have the socket, circuit and protection checked by a qualified installer. The CEE version can be removed from its wall mount for use at another suitable charging location. Stop charging and disconnect the supply and vehicle cables before moving it.
Do I need a separate vehicle charging cable?
Yes. Q has a Type 2 socket. Use a separate vehicle charging cable that fits this socket and your car’s AC charging inlet, with the correct current rating for your setup. The CEE or hardwired input lead connects Q to the electricity supply; it is not the cable between Q and the car.
Where do you deliver, and is shipping included?
Product prices include VAT. Shipping is charged separately and paid by the customer. Delivery availability depends on the destination and postcode. Check the delivery areas and exclusions; the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
