Standalone charger or DLB set: which suits my charging location?
The standalone “Ohne DLB” option costs €299 including VAT and does not include an external DLB controller. “Mit DLB im Set” costs €319 including VAT and includes one EV charger, one external DLB controller and three CTs. Choose the set when charging power needs to adjust to other electricity use at the site and a qualified electrician can check and configure the installation. Shipping is extra; installation is not included.
What should I check before using the DLB set?
A qualified electrician must install and configure the external controller and CTs. One controller supports up to 10 compatible EV chargers; this set includes one EV charger. The current version from the Polish warehouse does not support §14a. App control is not control by the grid operator. Before buying, confirm the requirements at the location with an electrician and, where applicable, the grid operator; a CEE plug alone does not establish suitability.
Which power level should I choose?
This configuration is rated at 11 kW: 400 V, three-phase, 16 A per phase. Q 11 kW uses 16 A per phase; Q 22 kW uses 32 A per phase. Check your car’s AC charging limit and your electrical supply. A 22 kW EV charger cannot make a car with an 11 kW AC limit charge at 22 kW.

This Q is the hardwired version for fixed installation. A qualified installer must make the electrical connection and check the supply and protection. Choose the CEE version if you need Q’s removable, wall-mounted and portable arrangement.
Do I need a separate vehicle charging cable?
Yes. Q has a Type 2 socket. Use a separate vehicle charging cable that fits this socket and your car’s AC charging inlet, with the correct current rating for your setup. The CEE or hardwired input lead connects Q to the electricity supply; it is not the cable between Q and the car.
Where do you deliver, and is shipping included?
Product prices include VAT. Shipping is charged separately and paid by the customer. Delivery availability depends on the destination and postcode. Check the delivery areas and exclusions; the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
